Shipping & Delivery
Currently Tall Size ships to the United States and Canada. The following shipping rates will be automatically applied at checkout.
United States Orders:
$0-$99.99 — $10 (3-7 business days)
$100-$199.99 — $15 (3-7 business days)
$200+ — Free (3-7 business days)
$0-$99.99 — $20 (7-10 business days)
$100-$199.99 — $30 (7-10 business days)
$200+ — $40 (7-10 business days)
Tall Size ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. You are responsible for all duties and custom fees that apply to Canadian orders. Tall Size strives to process and ship your order within 72 business hours (but often sooner!) of order receipt. Once shipped, orders will arrive to United States addresses within 1-5 business days and to Canadian addresses within 2-7 business days.

There may be additional duties, taxes, and/or VAT costs applied by customs. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Tall Size or our Sellers. Any refused orders, abandoned packages or packages returned to sender due to unpaid duty charges will not be refunded by Tall Size.
Changed your mind? No problem, some of our brands and partner boutiques allow order cancellations before the order is prepared.
How to cancel your order:
1. Log into your Tall Size account
2. Click on "order history" and scroll down the page
3. Click on the "order #" (ex: Order #1166)
4. Scroll down to "order details." If the fulfillment status is listed as 'Unfulfilled' send and an email to email@example.com asap asking to cancel the order. Once the shipping label has been created you will not be able to cancel your order.
If you've cancelled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
Made-to-order and customised items:
Made-to-order and customised items can only be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. All you need to do is follow the steps above in your account.
After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. Our brands and partner boutiques have 3 business days to process your order. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order by heading to Orders & Returns in your account.
Depending on your location, it can take 2 – 7 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package as soon as possible, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.
If you've shopped items from multiple locations, you may receive more than one package.
If you do not receive your package, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order confirmation number in the correspondence. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue you store credit or to send you replacement products.
If your order arrived damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com so that we may report the damage to our fulfillment provider, if necessary. Once an email is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, which opens a ticket, we will reply back with next steps
