Buy 1 or 2 sizes bigger than normal

The idea of these jeans excited me so much! Finally tall girl friendly wide leg, distressed girlfriend jeans! However, after receiving two pair in two different sizes while trying to listen to the already poor reviews and do everything to love these jeans, I agree with the other reviewers. The fit of these jeans is impossible. If you are a voluptuous woman, forget it!! There’s literally no stretch in these jeans for hips, thighs, certainly not behind. I’m a “slim thick” girl and these were an instant no in my size and the 2 sizes bigger I ordered. If the jeans were made with a woman’s body in mind, they would be perfect! Unless you are super slim in your lower half, these are not the jeans for you.

These pants are so cute and fashionable on the model pictured! I wanted to get something different other than skinny jeans. I have been an alloy apparel customer since the 90s when dahlias and alloy had catalogs. I am 5'9 and 155 lbs 32c and I always purchase the 37 inseam I have long legs and short torso. (Just for context)For years and currently I have worn a 7/8 in alloy jeans. These particuliar jeans however I ordered an 8, and I was not able to get past my hip and waist and had to return. I then ordered a size 14 and they fit in the waist but leave a "puffy gap" because they are loose in the lower below navel area, if that makes sense? These jeans have 0 stress and do not flatter your rear. Idc how great your back end actually looks These jeans flatten it by default!

Thanks to the other reviewers, since I'm a 14-16 I sized up to a 20 and am able to get them on. I can't sit down in them though, there is zero ease in the pattern to account for the fact that there is no stretch in either direction of the denim. The jeans are not low rise as described, but they are the perfect mid-rise. I won't be able to wear these until I drop down to a 12-14, but I'm keeping them only because the length, cut, and quality are exactly what I wanted and the rest of Alloy jeans are too high waisted to be able to sit down and breathe at the same time. I hope they come out with more modern, non-high-waisted jeans and have learned from this quality control mistake to ensure the sizing is accurate to the rest of their pants.

Perfect fit! Alloy Apparel has never done me wrong. Choosing your waist and your inseam is a major plus for us tall women. Great quality and perfect for my summer style!

2 sizes smaller than it should be!!

I love the way these pants fit. I have been looking for pants in this style for a long time because no one makes them long enough. Finally!

These are no stretch denim so I sized up 2 sizes. The waist, however isn't fit for a woman's curves. I'll have to wear a belt with them to prevent the gapping.

Good quality. I usually wear a size 12, but I had to return to get a size 14. The 14 fits better. The 37 in is a little long, had to hem to fit but that’s better than being to short. I like the jeans.

I didn’t know what to expect but these are great I’m a size 6 5’10.5 and these fit me great my mom love them on me: they honestly looked great

They fit just perfect and ran in my normal sizing a size 16 and I wish there were more colors available. Love these jeans.

Cute jeans but run small. I went up a size and they were still small in the hips. I had to return them.

too tight, so I order two size up and they are too tight as well

I really wanted these to work. I wear a 10-12 in all from this brand. I have at least 10 pairs of pants from here. I ordered a 14 for a larger fit, they wouldn’t come past my thighs, I returned and ordered an 18 and couldn’t get them up my butt. I do not have a large butt. These run multiple sizes too small. I am determined to get into these jeans because they are sooooo cute but the next size is 20+ and I am not mentally prepared for that. I want to rate them 5 stars but I can’t until I can get them on.

Love them but must retune. They have no stretch in the hip/crotch area so I couldn't get them on and I sized up from previous reviews.

I have been looking for jeans like this for a while - I'm trying to get away from skinny jeans and into the current, more relaxed style. I love the look of these! However they are cut SO incredibly small. I saw the reviews that said to size up. Usually I am a 14-16 depending on the jeans. I sized up to an 18 and they were still too small! So I ordered them in a 20 and they are STILL snug! But I am keeping them because I love the style. Just buy at least 1-2 sizes bigger.

They will be sooooo cute once I get the right size. I ordered a size bigger but they fit more like two sizes too small. I couldn’t even get them past my hips. I wear a 10/12 I ordered a 14 and could not get them up.

I love the style of these jeans so much! Unfortunately they do not have any stretch at all. You need to have a much smaller waist, hips, and thighs to wear these jeans comfortably. I tried sizes 16, 18, and 20.

Pants are cute. They do fit true to size, but there's no stretch. So it was a no for me.

I am typically a size 14. I purchased a size 18 and 20 because I was told to 'size up' - these jeans barely fit in size 20. There is no size chart specific for these, if you are ordering your typical size, just don't - you will have to pay $4 to return jeans that should never have been sized that way in the first place.

Loved the jeans ordered my size but they ran small. I had to return them. Then the sale was over so I haven't re ordered yet :upside_down:

Gorgeous but sizing is not accurate. I ordered my normal size and turns out I needed TWO sizes UP. Length is great. Quality is great. Just super disappointed in sizing.
