Nice dress. Customs charge painful

The dress fits perfectly. I purchased M. It’s an inexpensive polyester dress. I would wear it to a party not a wedding or formal event.
The customs charge was $25 on $150 declared amount meanwhile I only paid $20 for the dress. I’m not impressed. Plus $20 shipping the total cost was $60. Meanwhile the price of the dress was $20.
