did 3-5 day shipping. Three weeks to a month went by didn’t recieve. Reached out via email and was never communicated back with. Recieved refund a week later. Bad communication,lack of trust!

We reached out by email on September 26 at 7:33 pm EST to let you know your order was delayed due to our warehouse move. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to locate one of the items you ordered and asked whether you preferred to keep waiting or receive a refund. Since we didn’t hear back, we went ahead and issued the refund on Oct 7th, 15 days after you originally placed your order, once the move was complete and it was clear the item couldn’t be found.

I’m glad to see your other two items arrived safely within five days of your order, but I completely understand how frustrating it is when part of your order doesn’t work out. Great Loungewear Set!

First time ordering from this company! Love the 3 piece lounge set in cream. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the fabric is rather sheer, probably wouldn’t wear out of the house. Otherwise, super comfortable and LONG!
