I really wanted to love Tall Size. As someone who was excited to find a platform catering to tall women, I placed a $165 order with full trust in their process. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve had.

I returned the item according to their policy—with the security ribbon intact—and was even issued a gift card after the return was received. Then, without warning, that credit was revoked. I was told the return was rejected after the fact due to alleged tampering, something I absolutely did not do.

Despite my clear communication and insistence that I followed every rule, Tall Size deflected responsibility to the third-party seller—while the seller pointed right back to Tall Size. I was caught in the middle, left without my money, and without any meaningful resolution.

If you’re going to sell third-party products, you need to stand behind your customers. Issuing and then canceling a gift card after a return was accepted is not just unprofessional—it’s unethical.

I truly hope the company rethinks how it handles returns, partnerships, and customer service. Because no matter how great your niche is, trust and integrity are what build a loyal community.
